RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To request a return, please complete and submit the return form and send the item back to us.

Please note:
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• All original tags and packaging must be attached.
• Items with signs of wear, stains, damage, odors (including perfume, smoke, or deodorant), or missing tags will not be accepted.
• Underwear, swimwear, and custom-made items cannot be returned.

Once your return has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
