Delivery within Estonia
When purchasing items from our online store, you can choose from various delivery options:
Omniva Parcel Machine – 4€
– Your order will be delivered to the selected Omniva Parcel Machine within 1-3 working days from the order confirmation. Once the item is delivered to the parcel machine, you will receive an SMS containing the door code, location of the parcel machine, return code, and storage end date. The parcel machines are open 24/7 and are usually located near the main entrance of shopping centers.
SmartPOST Parcel Machine – 4€
– Your order will be delivered to the selected SmartPOST Parcel Machine within 1-3 working days from the order confirmation. Once the item is delivered to the parcel machine, you will receive an SMS containing the door code and location of the parcel machine.
DPD Parcel Machine – 4€
– Your order will be delivered to the selected DPD Parcel Machine within 1-3 working days from the order confirmation. Delivery to Finland
When purchasing items from our online store, you can choose from various delivery options:

– Your order will be delivered to the selected SmartPOST Parcel Machine within 3-5 working days from the order confirmation. Once the item is delivered to the parcel machine, you will receive an SMS containing the door code and location of the parcel machine.
RETURN PROCEDURE
EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
Return at the buyers expense.
To return/exchange items, the Buyer must provide a return request within 14 days from the receipt of the item. The return request can be provided in the following ways:
– By sending the return form to the Seller along with the returned item
– By filling out and sending the return form available on the homepage to the address store@emikafashion.com
The return provided to the Seller is accepted only together with a completed return form or return statement.
You have three options for return shipping:
1. Return via a parcel machine
Place the completed return form in the package and wrap the return package in such a way that it cannot be opened without damaging the package. Remove the old address label.

The return will arrive at the online store within 3-5 working days. The Seller will refund the purchase amount to the Buyer within 14 days from receiving the return.
The refund will be made to the same bank account from which the Buyer paid for the returned order.
2. Return via our store
Attach the completed return form to the parcel. Customer service consultants will send the returned item to the online store, where the exchange or return process will be carried out. The parcel will arrive at the online store within 5 working days. Note: Money will not be refunded in regular stores. The exchange or return process is only carried out in the Emika Fashion online store.
For monetary refunds, the money will be returned to the same bank account from which the Order payment was received, within 14 days from the submission of the return request.
We will send a confirmation of receiving your returned items to your email address. In regular stores, unfortunately, you won’t be able to choose an exchange item. You can exchange an item only for the same item in a different size. In case of an exchange, we will send you a new item immediately after receiving the returned item.
For returns, the customer covers the delivery costs. In the case of partial returns, the customer also covers the delivery costs.
Items that the customer wishes to exchange or return must not be damaged or show signs of wear. They must be in their original packaging, and all original labels must be attached. Returns are not accepted for underwear and swimwear.
Please open the product packaging carefully without damaging it. If the packaging cannot be opened without damaging it, the returned item must not be in its original packaging.
